Vestibular Repositioning Maneuvers
Epley: This maneuver is designed to put the head at an angle from where gravity can help relieve symptoms.
Half-Somersault or Foster: This maneuver require a bit more strength and flexibility to perform and can be tolerated easily.
Semont: It is often performed by physical therapists, which involves moving the patient rapidly from lying on one side to lying on the other.
Brandt-Daroff Exercise: This maneuver is similar to Semont and performed under the guidance of industry-experts.
